My 2025 Annual Review Is Out

I just published my 2025 Annual Review.

This was our “Year of Profitability,” and I’m happy to report we hit that goal.

But the real story is messier and more interesting than that headline suggests.

YouTube became our primary sales channel, driving $1.5M from our new AI program.

I launched and then stepped away from Second Brain Enterprise after realizing it wasn’t the right fit for me long-term.

And I’m pivoting BASB to become AI-first in 2026.

On the personal front: I became a gym rat, built real community in Mexico, and we’re expecting baby number three!

The $1M Lesson: Why I’m Pivoting Back to You

I’m sharing the most valuable lesson from our $1M quarter in 2025: profit matters, but so does staying true to who you serve.

While our numbers looked strong on paper, the data showed we’d lost touch with our core audience. Returning viewers on YouTube dropped significantly, engagement declined, and I realized our B2B pivot was pulling us away from you.

This video walks through why I’m no longer involved in Second Brain Enterprise, how AI tools helped us maintain profitability with a lean team, and our 2026 roadmap focused entirely on individual learners like you.

Building a Second Brain is Now Available in Hindi and Turkish

I’m excited to share that Building a Second Brain just launched in two new languages: Hindi and Turkish.

That’s over 680 million (!) more people who can now read the book in their native language. The book is now available in 20 languages total, with even more translations still in the works.
